Description
"Live from Laurel Canyon rekindles a music revolution." - The Berkshire Eagle
Few neighborhoods have been home to as many ground-breaking musicians as Laurel Canyon. Between 1965 and 1975, this secluded region of Southern California housed dozens of artists who redefined American popular music: Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young; the Doors; James Taylor; Joni Mitchell; Carole King; Jackson Browne; the Eagles; and many more.
Live from Laurel Canyon is a multi-media journey through a very special time in American popular music; a time when young people searched for a sound with the message of folk music and the attitude of rock ’n’ roll. Experience the songs and stories of this neighborhood, and of the legendary artists that forever changed the sound of American pop music.
Tickets start at $25.00.
